Our Story
October 2017
Our first taste of real estate
At 19 and 18 years old we bought our first home. We didn't know a thing about real estate and put huge amounts of trust into a realtor we didn't know to help guide us through the transaction. The transaction was a complete rollercoaster. It drug on and negotiations never stopped. We never felt like we truly had our house on lock until we signed papers and got the keys... it taught us the importance of a hiring a good realtor.

Brady's dive into mortgage
Brady started his professional journey in real estate as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Working for his dad (20yr mortgage broker) he learned the ins and out of the industry. He was able to help hundreds of families and close tens of millions of dollars’ worth of mortgage transactions yearly. This served as a strong base education in real estate to build on.

Investing & Property Management
With the huge success Brady had in mortgages, we were able to afford our first rental property. A cabin in Island Park, ID that we use as an Airbnb. With this start we also started taking on management of other investors properties. And boy oh boy, let me tell you. Property management is not for the faint of heart. It is a ton of work, and it has taught us a completely different side of real estate.

Having used multiple realtors across multiple properties and working professionally side by side with hundreds of them, we were never blown away. We knew we could do better, so we decided to put our money where our mouths were and get licensed. We started our first team called "Goat Realty" and partnered with Idaho's biggest real estate brokerage Silvercreek Realty Group.

After 3 years and millions of dollars of real estate sold underneath Silvercreek Realty Group, we decided it was finally time to start our brokerage. We re-branded from Goat Realty to Bellhaven Real Estate and launched with Lindsay as our Designated Broker. Our mission, to provide service and guarantees that no other realtor or brokerage could match.

We grew and sold off our last property management porfolio, to start again from scratch. This time with different plans in mind. A flat rate property management service built specifically around helping investors grow.

What we've got cooking
As our demand is increasing we are building systems to start taking on more agents in our brokerage. We are also actively developing a national real estate agent directory of trusted agents we can refer to, so our clients have someone to trust regardless where they are buying/selling.
